Total Bangun Persada Tbk (TOTL) booked a new contract of IDR 2.67 trillion until July 2017. The acquisition reached 67 percent of this year’s target amounting to IDR 4 trillion.
Mahmilan SW, Corporate Secretary of TOTL, said the new contracts come from high rise residential and offices, such as Wisma Barito Pacific 2 Jakarta, Green Office Park 3 Tangerang and Chitaland Tower Jakarta.
“We are also participating in several projects with a value of IDR 7.1 trillion,” said Mahmilan. The projects targeted by the company consist of 43 percent of office projects, 27 percent of shopping malls, 16 percent of apartments and 14 percent of hotels.
The company did not increase its target of acquiring new contracts this year because project prospects are dynamic and can change over time. TOTL also set a new contract target amounting to IDR 4 trillion by 2018.
“It is too early to talk about the numbers. We will see whether the 2018 target must be changed in the third or fourth quarter of 2017,” said Janti Komadjaja, President Director of TOTL. (*)
