Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK) is accelerating the construction of a number of building projects, one of which is World Capital Tower (WCT). The project will be handed over to Pollux Properties by the end of 2018.
Djohan Halim, Corporate Secretary of DGIK, said the construction of the 52-story WCT was completed in May 2017. The other two floors are still being finalized. “The progress has reached 70 percent as of August 2017,” said Djohan.
The project ,with an investment value of IDR 4 trillion, is marketed to financial, banking, insurance and telecommunications companies with rental and strata title schemes. Pollux Properties, a property company headquartered in Singapore, has a number of projects in Indonesia, including WCT, Marques de Lafayette Apartment, and Amarsvati resorts in Lombok.
On Monday (28/8), DGIK fell dropped by 2.44 percent to IDR 80. (*)
