Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK) has received three infrastructure projects from the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR) worth IDR 358.7 billion. The three projects will strengthen the company’s project portfolio by the end of this year.
Djohan Halim, Corporate Secretary of DGIK, said the new projects include the Security Project of Tiku Beach in Padang, the Normalization Project of Batang Agam in Padang, and the Security Project of Jongor Beach in Banten. “We obtained through an open auction in the Ministry of Public Works and Housing,” said Djohan. In addition to these three projects, the company is also eyeing other natural resource projects.
On September 20, the company also acquired the Chadstone Superblock project in Cikarang, Bekasi owned by Pollux Properties Group. The company entered into a joint operation (JO) with CNQC, a construction company from China to build hotels and apartments in the superblock. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2018. (*)
