Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk (BTPN) will issue shelf-registered bonds III 2017 worth IDR 1.5 trillion. Proceeds will be used to support credit expansion.
The management said the bonds are part of Secondary Public Offering III with a total value of IDR 4 trillion. These bonds will be issued in two series: Serial A worth IDR 600 billion with 370 days tenor and 6.6 percent coupon rate, and Serial B worth IDR 900 billion with three years tenor and 7.5 percent coupon rate.
Fitch Ratings assigned AAA rating for BTPN shelf-registered bond III 2017. This rating reflects Fitch’s view of the bank’s support from its parent company, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC).
The public offering will be held on October 10, 2017, and closed on October 12, 2017. The underwriters are Danareksa Sekuritas, Indo Premier Sekuritas, RHB Sekuritas Indonesia, and Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM). (*)
