Kioson Komersial Indonesia Tbk (KIOS) is targeting revenue amounting to IDR 500 billion at the end of 2017. The completion of Narindo Solusi Komunikasi (Narindo) acquisition will boost the company’s growth.
Jasin Halim, President Director of KIOS, said Narindo which is the e-voucher aggregator and other digital services company will strengthen its business undertaken through 19,000 partners. “With the acquisition, KIOS keeps the company’s business from upstream so we expect to secure the company’s bottom line,” said Jasin.
Bernard Martian, CEO of Narindo, said KIOS will help the company to distribute digital services so that the company has a larger business scale. Narindo will encourage the growth of digital services beyond the provision of e-voucher rate to diversify the services provided through digital platform.
KIOS is an e-commerce company with an online to offline (O2O) platform that partnered with a grocery store owner to attract those who are not familiar with digital services. Partners become KIOS agents who become point of payment (POP) for various payments, voucher sales to online shopping. By end of this year, the company is targeting to have 30,000 partners, growing 58 percent compared to its current position.
